How to operate?
1. Ahead of its first use or the use after a long distance transportation, the hydraulic and electric systems must be checked to make sure that there is no leakage or wire connection loose.
2.Fill hydraulic oil full into hydraulic oil tank. Anti–abrasive oil 32# is used in the winter and 46# is used in the summer.
3.Open the supporting legs: when using movable lift, four supporting legs should be firmly supported in the solid ground surface. Wood sleepers could be applied to adjust the equipment to the horizon level when necessary(this can be checked visually).
Warning : Prohibit use before open supporting leg
4.Try the lift:
A. Press the " Up" button on the push button switch and then stop the lift, operator should check whether the hydraulic line, every connector and electrical lines have leakage, scraping and oppressed phenomenon or not. When the lift is used in the first time or changed use place, operator should repeat this process.
B. Press the " Down" button, the lift goes down.
5.The lift not in use for a long time can be used again after it works for 1 to 3 cycles without any load on it.
6.The load’s barycenter need to be in the center of the working platform as possible as it can.
7.The dodge gate of the guardrail on the platform need to be closed and locked correctly before each use.

Daily maintenance
1.The lift shall be operated and maintained by the designated person.
2. Replace the oil once every six months. Anti –abrade hydraulic oil No.32 is used in the winter time and No. 46 is used in the summer time.
3. Check the lubricating situation on the hinged connection and lubricate these parts as scheduled to avoid dry-friction between the connected parts.
4.When not in use, the lift shall be stored properly and not be allowed to be put in the open air, it is better to cover a shield on the equipment. The supporting legs are close.
